Terms of sale.

Preamble

These terms of sale apply to any service booked with Maison AV via the maisonangeliquev.com website or by email. Any booking constitutes full and entire acceptance of these terms.

Article 1 — Services

Maison AV offers at-home wellness massage services. The rituals are described on the site, with their duration, price and associated options. The services do not constitute a medical, paramedical, therapeutic or physiotherapy act. They are intended for any person in good health and free from contra-indications.

Article 2 — Prices

The prices in force are those displayed on the site at the time of booking. They are stated inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). A travel surcharge may apply for areas beyond 20 minutes from La Ciotat; it is specified and accepted at the time of booking.

Article 3 — Booking

Bookings are made online via the /en/book page. They require payment of a deposit (€30 to €60 depending on the ritual) by bank card via the secure Stripe platform. The booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit is settled.

The balance of the service is due at the end of the session, in cash or by bank card (mobile payment terminal).

Article 4 — Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment is made by email to contact@maisonangeliquev.com or by telephone on +33 7 43 69 75 17.

In the event of absence (no-show), the balance of the service may also be invoiced.

These rules do not apply to cases of force majeure (sudden illness, family emergency, major weather event). Any case of force majeure is examined amicably.

Article 5 — Contra-indications

The client undertakes to report any contra-indication, allergy, condition or ongoing treatment likely to affect the course of the service. Maison AV reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a service in the event of an undisclosed health matter.

Article 6 — Liability

Maison AV is covered by professional liability insurance. Its liability cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from a false declaration by the client, from inappropriate use of the treatment (intense physical effort after a non-sports session, for example), or from an unforeseeable individual reaction.

Article 7 — Hygiene and equipment

Maison AV brings to the site of the service: a professional massage table, cotton sheets, treatment oils, equipment specific to the chosen ritual. Linen is washed at 60 °C between each appointment. Equipment is disinfected.

Article 8 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is set out in the privacy policy, accessible from the site footer.

Article 9 — Mediation

In the event of a dispute that could not be resolved amicably, the client may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator MEDICYS (www.medicys.fr).

Article 10 — Applicable law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
