Town by town
The same ritual everywhere, with the same table, linen and oils. What changes from one town to the next is the drive — included up to twenty minutes — and sometimes the setting: a villa on the hills, a flat by the harbour, a holiday rental. I arrive ten minutes early to set up.
Town centre and Old Port, Figuerolles, Le Mugel, the upper town, Fontsainte, Clos des Plages and out to Le Liouquet. This is where I start from: evening slots, 6 to 7.30 pm on weekdays, are easiest to get here. Year-round residents, families, crews and seasonal workers from the harbour — the Signature Ritual is the most requested, Second Wind after a day in the calanques.
The village and its hills, ten minutes from La Ciotat. Many quiet houses with terraces, where the ritual happily takes place under a pergola in the warm months. The Sky & Earth Ritual, head and feet, has its regulars here.
The harbour, Le Bestouan, the peninsula, Les Janots and the hills towards the Route des Crêtes. Mostly second homes and holiday rentals: I come to hotels and rentals with the host's agreement — just let me know when booking. The Radiance Ritual with Kobido and the Silhouette Drainage are the most booked before a dinner or a weekend.
The village, La Bédoule and the valley's residential areas. Families and professionals coming home from Aubagne or Marseille: weekday evenings work well, and the 60-minute Signature is the format that comes back most.
Les Lecques, La Madrague, the centre of Saint-Cyr and the Frégate estate. Beachfront rentals in summer; year-round, golfers from Frégate and walkers on the coastal path, for whom Second Wind and the Light Feet Ritual make the difference.
The harbour and centre, the residential plateaus, the villas above the bay. Bandol is the eastern edge of the included area: midday and Saturday slots suit it well. Week-long stays often split into two rituals, a drainage on arrival and a Signature before leaving.
Aubagne's centre and eastern districts, towards Gémenos and La Bédoule, are in the included area; the west of town and Les Paluds fall in the extended area. A working clientele that often books the same slot every month — the series of three, five or ten sessions are made for that.
Sanary, and the 8th, 9th and 10th arrondissements of Marseille — Prado, Bonneveine, Mazargues, Sainte-Marguerite. Travel carries a €15 supplement, confirmed at booking. Beyond, each request is considered according to availability and the chosen ritual: write to me.
