Privacy policy.

Preamble

Maison AV places particular importance on the protection of your personal data. This policy informs you of the terms governing the collection, use and retention of your data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collection

Maison AV collects only the data strictly necessary for the service:

  • Identity: first name, last name (at booking).
  • Contact details: email, telephone, appointment address.
  • Ritual-related information: chosen ritual, time slot, access code, any allergies or health precautions reported.
  • Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe (Maison AV has no access to card numbers).

Purposes of processing

  • Management of bookings and delivery of services
  • Communication relating to the appointment (confirmation, reminder, follow-up)
  • Accounting and invoicing
  • Response to requests sent via the contact form

Legal basis

  • Performance of the contract (booking and service)
  • Legal obligations (accounting, retention of invoices)
  • Consent (contact form, communications not linked to an appointment)

Retention period

  • Booking and service data: 3 years after the last appointment.
  • Accounting documents: 10 years (legal obligation).
  • Contact data (form): 1 year if no follow-up is given.

Recipients

Your data is processed by Maison AV exclusively. The technical sub-processors are:

  • Vercel (website hosting and cookieless audience measurement)
  • Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 — audience measurement, only after your consent)
  • Cal.com (booking management, European instance cal.eu)
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Transactional email service (Resend / Mailjet — to be specified)

No data is resold, rented or transferred to a third party for commercial purposes.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection concerning your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@maisonangeliquev.com specifying your request. A response will reach you within 30 days at most.

In the event of persistent disagreement, you may refer the matter to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and audience measurement

The maisonangeliquev.com site uses Google Tag Manager to run its audience-measurement tools, first among them Google Analytics 4. These tools set cookies and are activated only after your consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit. Until you consent, no measurement tag fires (Google Consent Mode).

Your choice is stored on your device for six months, after which the banner is shown again. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Refusing has no effect on browsing or booking.

The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement with no personal identifier, outside the scope of consent. No third-party cookie is set for advertising or profiling purposes to date.
